Prof. Dr. Bülent Gümüşel graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Pharmacy in 1988 and began as a research assistant in the Department of Pharmacology in 1989. He earned his MSc in 1992 and PhD in 1997. He conducted doctoral research at Tulane University Medical Center (New Orleans, 1994–1996) and later held a visiting post at Louisiana State University (Shreveport, 2005). He was appointed professor in 2007, served on TITCK commissions (1999–2010) and the SGK Medical and Economic Evaluation Committee (2006–2010), was Dean of Hacettepe University Faculty of Pharmacy (2012–2016), Dean of Erzincan University Faculty of Pharmacy (2016–2018) and Rector of Lokman Hekim University (2019–2022). His international research background spans cardiopulmonary, molecular and cellular physiology. He now chairs the Department of Pharmacology at Istanbul Okan University Faculty of Pharmacy. He has published more than 100 peer-reviewed articles. He founded Mentor Ar-Ge in May 2010, opened the Maryland-USA branch in 2023, and remains founding partner and General Manager of both companies.

Prof. Dr. Belma Koçer Gümüşel graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Pharmacy in 1990 and began as a research assistant in Pharmaceutical Toxicology the same year. She earned her MSc in 1993 and PhD in 1999, then completed postdoctoral work at Université Joseph Fourier and CEA Grenoble (1999–2000). She was appointed professor in 2010. She has been a European Registered Toxicologist (ERT) since 2011 and a Fellow of the Academy of Toxicological Sciences (ATS) since 2024. She has served on TITCK and Ministry of Agriculture scientific commissions and is a founding member of ECZAK and ECZAKDER. She was Dean of Lokman Hekim University Faculty of Pharmacy (2019–2023) and directed LHÜSEM and the Translational Medicine Application and Research Center (LHUTUAM). She specializes in reproductive system toxicity, endocrine disruptors, risk assessment of chemicals and cosmetic safety. She now chairs the Department of Pharmaceutical Toxicology at Istanbul Okan University Faculty of Pharmacy. She has published 150 peer-reviewed articles. She is a partner of Mentor Ar-Ge and head of Mentor Ar-Ge Academy.
